You're welcome to a refund (minus shipping) or an exchange for store credit of the same item value. Store credit is valid for use on www.wearemiro.co for 12 months.
Returned items must be sent to our Australian office with a valid 'Return Authorisation no.' obtained via email prior to shipping. If we receive an item without a pre-issued number, we can't guarantee your items eligibility for return.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must:
- Arrive at our Australian returns address within 30 days from the date we shipped to you
- Be in original condition ie. clean, odourless, unworn, unstretched and with all original packaging and tags attached.
We recommend shipping the items you wish to exchange via an insured and trackable service to ensure it is delivered to us and does not get lost in the mail.
